I consulted the Doctor on 15 Aug 2021 for my son who had a boil. He examined him very well, addressed our concerns, and prescribed required medication which helped in speedy recovery. Despite having a packed schedule, the Doctor is punctual, handles children and parents in a very gentle manner for best possible medicare. Kudos to you Doctor, your staff and the online Practo Team for the brave and relentless efforts delivered through this extra-ordinary pandemic period of 1.5 years in bringing the best medicare to the comfort of peoples' homes. Doctor was fantastic and he heard me very patiently, reviewed all my previous medicine, discussed each of my reports which I shared and then discussed the prescription and what line of treatment he is following, making me understand all the affect of medication. Not pleasant experience with the doctor and practo. the doctor never showed up to respond. waited for more than 30 mts before the helpdesk processed my refund. Very poor service. Not recommended to anyone. please stay away from this doctor.
